What counts as a “user”?
A user is anyone who logs into Phyxius to ask questions or review answers. You can invite and remove users at any time; pricing is based on your plan limit.
How do the circuit breakers work?
Each workspace keeps track of how many AI answers you’ve used. Free trials are capped at 100 answers, and Starter plans at 500 answers per month. When you hit the limit, Phyxius simply stops answering until the next period or an upgrade — no surprise overages.
Do I have to move my files?
No. You upload the documents you want Phyxius to search inside its own secure workspace. Your originals stay where they are.
What happens after the trial?
If you upgrade, your workspaces and indexes stay exactly as they are. If you don’t, your access ends and your data is removed on a schedule.
